I remember many amazing gifts and trips during childhood. However, what I remember most was quality time spent with my mom. My mother had a book with hundreds of crafts. We made things out of cereal boxes, egg cartons, and paper bags. Some of the best things in life are free. And when they’re not…they’re very cheap : )
So, today it’s $2 painting. Did you hear me? Let me scream it through the screen. TWO DOLLAR PAINTING! You might wonder how. I’ll tell you my secret. The dollar store. Boom!
Buy a large pack of construction paper from the dollar store and a case of finger paint. If you don’t have an apron or a smock you can grab an old large t shirt to put on your little one. Place the paper on an easel or tape or tape it to your wall the paint away!
