
I saw this recipe online and fell in LOVE! Like, love at first sight kind of love. Originally, I was going to be selfish and keep it to myself, but what fun is that? I’ll be trying this by the weekend! You should too!
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl combine chocolate chips, flax seed,oats, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and honey. Form the mixture into balls, using your hands. Place the balls on a baking sheet and freeze until set ( about 1 hour).
