25 Positive Daily Affirmations

Many times as parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, or educators we make an extra effort to affirm the youth in our lives (if you don’t start doing so immediately). We tell them how intelligent, strong, and fun they are. I’ve heard of positive notes being left in lunch boxes or texts sent throughout the day. This is vital when it comes to making sure our children understand their greatness. However, we have to make sure we encourage them to program their own minds even when we are not around so that they truly believe the amazing things we already see.

Repetition is an important component as it relates to positive affirmations. Having children recite positive affirmations daily will help to boost their self-esteem, self-love, and confidence. I normally stand in the mirror with my son when we recite our affirmations each morning before school. It excites me to see his self-love. As he ages the world will find ways to try to beat him down. But little does the world know this kid is made of concrete. Let’s start today, if you haven’t started already, informing our kids that they are amazing.

If you don’t know where to start here’s some help!
